Frank’s note
My words and lived experience, edited only for grammar, privacy, and public clarity.
Tallinn · 20 Jul – 2 Aug 2026
A living field atlas
I came to Mindvalley University to learn, meet people, and let the experience change me. This page now starts with what I actually said—then separates my journal from editorial synthesis and the practical systems built from it.
“I am amazed by myself and deeply grateful for myself. Usually I would hold myself small. Tonight I do not want to.”
Independent participant journal by Frank Riemer · not organized, sponsored, or endorsed by Mindvalley.
The source boundary
The previous version blended too many things into one polished voice. This atlas uses three visible layers so the provenance survives the editing.
First person
My words and lived experience, edited only for grammar, privacy, and public clarity.
Editorial synthesis
Session notes and my interpretation, clearly separated from a speaker’s original work.
Applied system
A sourced exercise, tracker, or protocol built to make an insight testable in ordinary life.
Start here · my words
Dictated at 04:16 after the first week. Lightly edited, not rewritten into a generic lesson.
A first-person record of how one week at Mindvalley University changed the way I see myself, my work, and the life I want to build.

Dates and session labels take priority over “Day 8” naming when several important sessions happened on the same day.
29 Jul · Paul McKenna and Maria Wendt sessions
Inner state and external distribution solve different halves of the same problem: regulate, rehearse, ship, distribute, observe, improve, repeat.
28 Jul · wealth blueprint and visualization notes
Identity can initiate a future before proof exists, but only process, recovery, action, and evidence can keep that future from becoming fantasy.
27 Jul · Dan Brulé breathwork session
A breathwork session became a wider operating principle: notice first, release unnecessary effort, choose deliberately, and let reality answer.
Breath & Beyond: Awakening Body & Heart Intelligence
An evidence-led field guide to awareness, relaxation, conscious breathing, and the line between gentle regulation and intensive connected-breath practice.
26 Jul · Regan Hillyer, The Wealth Code
Receiving and contributing are not opposites when resources move through clear stewardship into capability, institutions, and regenerative return.
25 Jul · Day 6 field note
A protective identity can preserve capability long after the original threat has gone—and quietly charge rent on every future decision.
24 Jul · Skip Kelly, Jade Shaw, and Lorin Krenn
Customer contact, honest altered-state observation, and embodied release share one discipline: let reality answer before converting an experience into certainty.
23 Jul · Brent Bruning and Dawn Hoang
Purpose readings and embodied practices become more trustworthy when interpretation, consent, integration, stop conditions, and participant authority are explicit.
Session note · Chiara King
A Tallinn field note on engineered recognition: why people send ideas to each other, how to preserve human provenance in an AI-amplified world, and a practical system for creating work worth passing on.
22 Jul · Jimmy Naraine and Jeffrey Allen
Intuition can suggest a direction, but courage makes the signal answerable to reality; confidence arrives later as evidence of survived exposure.
Integration thesis
The value of an event doesn't fade because you forget. It fades because nothing was standing by to catch it. The thesis behind the lab I might run here.
Opening editorial
I build calm systems so what we find at events survives contact with normal life. Here is how I'm spending two weeks at Mindvalley University — and what I refuse to do with them.
Arrival · Day 1
First evening in Tallinn. The discipline this week isn't doing more. It's being present enough that the people I meet are actually met.
Applied guides

Why preserve any of this?
The supporting thesis for this field atlas: memory is temporary, and useful knowledge deserves a form another person can revisit.
