Founder's Circle is a separate FrankX offering. It does not involve Oracle proprietary materials. Where the work overlaps with confidentiality or partner obligations, the work is referred upstream rather than serviced in the Circle.
All work in the Circle is done under FrankX (Frank's separate Dutch BV). Conflict-of-interest screening happens before acceptance. Confidentiality terms, including an NDA when needed, are agreed before confidential work begins.
