# Character and scene review

## Acceptance rubric

| Check | Acceptance question |

| Identity | Would a friend recognize the person without a caption? Are hair, face, beard, eyewear and silhouette stable? |
| Action | Is the tiny character doing something intelligible rather than merely decorating a shoulder? |
| Scale | Are perspective and physical size plausible relative to the surface? |
| Light | Are cast/contact shadows and reflected colors consistent with the environment? |
| Story | Can the setup and change be understood in three seconds at phone size? |
| Variety | Does this card differ meaningfully from its neighbors in camera, material and mood? |
| Information | Are labels exact, brief, readable and tied to a real source or an explicitly symbolic idea? |
| Rights | Are other people, third-party mascot use and brand relationships cleared or clearly labeled? |

Use a 1-5 score per check. Revise the lowest-scoring material defects, then test the actual export. A high score from the creator alone is not validation; ask an independent viewer to identify the character and explain the card's point.

## Run manifest

For each card record: `id`, `story_title`, `intent`, `format`, `identity_refs`, `style_refs`, `brand_refs`, `exact_prompt`, `generated_file`, `revision_notes`, `caption`, `alt`, `provenance`, `sources`, `review_scores`, `export_file` and `dimensions`. Keep original prompts unchanged for process documentation; create a generalized template separately.
